“I am renting a unit currently/ it was site unseen - they told me it was 20 x 12, and that’s what I’m paying for. when I got there, it was later in the day, nobody was there,, and it is only 20 x 8. This is understandable, people make mistakes, the size is inconvenient, but I’m making it work. The reason I’m giving a low review is now I’ve called several times to get the billing fixed, I’m being charged for a 20 x 12 but have a much smaller unit, and Nobody will return my call to help me. I’ve called three times. After somebody calls me back, I will change this review. I’m hoping to just get this fixed. ADDENDUM: Less than 24 hours after this review , the owner got ahold of me and this is getting fixed. Thank you!.”
