The warehouse is insulated and offers clearance for 14 feet and above as well as 12’ x 12’ rollup overhead doors for easy shipping, receiving, and distribution.

                            Central Business Park units also include an office area with private bathroom and business storage facilities, making it easy to set up an office space for your business. The business park also houses a conference room and business center for all of your office needs. The entire facility is fenced and gated. You can drive right up to your unit for easy access.
